Etsy Monday Welcome Spring with Paper Sprouts

After a blissful hour in the Home Depot garden section going up and down the annual and perennial aisles, I have flowers and plants on the mind. (Does anyone else unstress that way?)  Paper Sprouts makes the cutest seed bomb flowers/plants.  They could be used as gifts themselves, or you can use these great little seed embedded flowers to embellish your gift wrap.

Each paper flower is between 2 1/4 and 2 1/2 inches in diameter, and embedded with seeds.
You can plant the flower and end up with flowers or herbs! The shredded packaging can be used when planting.

planting instructions can be found via the etsy site
There is a very cute version that looks like succulents, but the seeds embedded are still flower seeds.

This would be so pretty instead of a bow on a package
One gift set offers a mix. The red or pink flowers are made with paper that contains a mix of the following seeds: English Daisy, Snapdragon, Clarkia, Catchfly, Bird's Eye, Black-eyed Susan, and Sweet Alyssum

The white or cream flowers are made from paper that has a mix of the following herb seeds: basil, parsley and oregano

Perfect to add to a gift for a cook or gardener.
Finally, she offers a less expensive option where you can buy cute little 1 inch butterflies,  again with wildflower seeds embedded. These would look amazing across a gift or card.

About the size of a quarter.

wrapper of the week - jurianne matter

Here's another great, ecofriendly shop with super cute gift wrapping products.

Based in the Netherlands, Jurianne is inspired by nature, and creates beautiful paper and textile products. In her words:
Why always eco?Very simple: I don’t want to earn money at the expense of nature or my fellow human beings. I’m not actually such an environmental activist. But beautiful is I believe only beautiful if it is honest and clean too.
I particularly like the paper garlands she designs, so perfect for dressing up kraft paper gift wrapping or other simple gift wraps.  Some examples from her shop:

Here comes the sun!

Pretty garland, table decoration, etc.
Fields of joy garland:

Pretty garland,, and she designs more wholesale.

So pretty!

Etsy Monday Gingiber Zest for your Nest

Today's Etsy Shop is Gingiber (zest for your nest) Really how cute is that shop name? Stacie Bloomfield has a great selection of paper designs, including some very cute wrapping paper that definitely feels springlike to me.

I think these bunnies are cuter than anything.
Here's what Stacie says about her work:

"Gingiber is a kids decor & paper goods brand based in Springdale, AR, founded in 2009. Filled with art prints, stationery, pillows & homewares that are sweet enough for children but smart enough for adults, Gingiber finds the perfect balance of artfulness & playfulness in each illustration.

Gingiber’s diverse line of products have been featured in Pregnancy & Newborn Magazine, Artful Blogging Magazine, Country Living Magazine & DIY Magazine. Stacie has designed for companies such as The Land of Nod, Quarto Publishing, Chasing Paper NYC and iPop. We hope that this is only the beginning of more beautiful things to come"
I like these springy gift wrap patterns too:

This looks modern to me.

Such a cute fox design.

Etsy Monday JDesignPaper

It's been a while! Let's get back to Etsy Mondays!

This Etsy Monday is about JDesignPaper, which is a pretty mysterious shop on Etsy, meaning no details.  But a nice way with design. Very restrained, with just a touch of quirkiness. I liked these versions:

Custom designed fox and antlers
Pretty pink and blue flowers
Pink and Navy
